My plan is to reintroduce water voles to the water way that runs between Marsh Meadow and Bray mariner.
When I was a young boy living in Cookham in Berkshire there used to be many water voles in what we know as Strand Water. These have slowly been killed off over the years and now there has been no sightings of these voles for many years. The last known sightings were along the drainage ditch that run along the side of Marsh Meadows in Cookham.
